Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All sessions are booked directly through our website at hanaiyathomas.com A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. Your balance is due on or before your session date. Session times are reserved exclusively for you, and bookings are not guaranteed until the retainer is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling Life happens — we understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Reschedules made within 48 hours will transfer your retainer to a new date (one-time courtesy). Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session will result in forfeiture of your retainer and require a new retainer to rebook. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Late Arrivals Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your session. Arriving late will shorten your shooting time, as sessions must end on schedule to accommodate the next client. Waitlist Policy If a session date is fully booked, you may join our waitlist through the booking page. If an opening becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be contacted in the order received. You’ll have 12 hours to confirm your spot before it’s released to the next person on the list. Weather & Studio Conditions Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to rain or extreme weather at the photographer’s discretion. Studio sessions near the Galleria area will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise notified.
