At Hanaiya Thomas Photography, I offer three thoughtfully designed collections — Standard, Premium, and Platinum — each created to meet your unique vision, timeline, and love story. Every couple receives my full dedication from our first consultation to the final gallery delivery. Together, we’ll craft a photography experience that feels effortless, romantic, and completely yours. Cancellation Policy
💍 Wedding Policies Booking Policy A signed photography contract and a non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and your retainer ensures your day is exclusively reserved for you. The remaining balance is due one day before your wedding date. Cancellation & Rescheduling Because weddings require extensive planning and reserved time, the retainer is non-refundable under any circumstance. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the wedding will result in forfeiture of all payments made. Rescheduling due to an emergency or date change may be accommodated based on availability and requires a new retainer if the original date cannot be rebooked. If your wedding must be postponed due to weather, venue issues, or unforeseen events, I’ll work closely with you to find the next available date. Payment Policy Payments can be made via the online invoice provided after booking. Accepted methods include Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. All final balances are due no later than a day prior to the wedding date to avoid cancellation of services. Arrival & Coverage Please ensure the photographer and second shooter (if included) are granted access to the venue at least one hour before the ceremony for setup and detail shots. Coverage time begins as outlined in your contract, so it’s important that the timeline is honored to capture all your key moments. Gallery Delivery Wedding galleries are professionally edited and delivered via email link within 2-3 weeks after your wedding day. You’ll receive a beautiful online gallery where you can download & share prints. A preview or “sneak peek” of select images will be sent within 5–7 days of your wedding. Travel & Additional Fees Travel within the Houston metropolitan area is included in your wedding package. Additional travel fees may apply for weddings outside of 25 miles from the 77379 area code or for out-of-state destinations. Lodging may be required for extended travel or multi-day coverage. Client Responsibilities To help your day run smoothly: Provide a detailed timeline of events at least 14 days before the wedding.
